Use of property from Friday afternoon until Sunday noon
*Drop off of personal items Wednesday evening

Set up of ceremony site - two locations to choose from

Coordination of Rehearsal on Thursday or Friday

Parking attendants for guests (up to 40 vehicles max)
Camping on site for immediate family

Floral and greenery for décor (not including bouquets or boutonnieres)
Use of our newly built Bridal Suite!
Use of little red barn for the more rustic choice to relax in before your day
Use of outdoor games area for bean bag toss, bocce ball, ring toss, giant jenga etc.
Multiple Photo locations including old Miner’s Cabin, creek with bridge, horse buggy and many many trees!
Vendor recommendations (bartenders, DJ or Band, Caterers, Food Trucks, Photographer)
Choice of ceremony arch—rustic, hexagon, circle, triangle, traditional
Ceremony wooden benches
Harvest tables and Chiavari chairs
Washroom trailer with stalls and running water
All extra tables for cake, dessert, gifts etc
Candy/popcorn/dessert bar cart
Consumables
We fill our claw foot tub with ice so you can use for water bottles, pop bottles, etc!
Flat rate fee $10,200 (plus GST)
($7300 (plus GST) for guests under 50)
Items not included in flat rate:
Caterer (the barn does not have a kitchen or running water, Caterers are equipped to offer services for this type of venue)
Food Truck
Bartender(s) - professional, licensed company
Liquor and pop
DJ/Live Music
Officiant
Photographer/videographer
Flowers (bouquets etc.)
These items can be booked independently by the couple or in coordination with Copper Creek Barn for an additional service charge.
