Our Package

Our all-inclusive package includes:

We book one wedding per weekend! We focus all our efforts in ensuring you and your guests feel welcomed on our beautiful property all day and you have until noon on Sunday to pick up your items. (which have been carefully packed up and are ready to go when you arrive!)
*Drop off of your personal items on Wednesday evening so we can go over your set up vision and while you enjoy time with your family and friends, we execute your vision!

On-Site Coordination & Services

• Set up of ceremony site - two locations to choose from

• Set up of cocktail hour

• Set up and decorate the Barn for your reception

• Coordination of Rehearsal on Thursday or Friday evening

• Wedding day coordination of events

• Liaison with your vendors

• Parking attendants for guests (up to 40 vehicles max)

• on-site staff available until closing

• Tear down of all decor and clean up at the end of the evening

• Camping on site for immediate family

• The little details—you don’t have to worry about them!

Also Included:

• Lighting & décor (either stand alone or with your added personal touches)

• Floral and greenery for décor (not including bouquets or boutonnieres)

• Use of our newly built Bridal House!

• Use of little red barn for the more rustic choice to relax in before your day

• Use of outdoor games area for bean bag toss, bocce ball, ring toss, giant jenga etc.

• Multiple Photo locations including old Miner’s Cabin, easy access to the Sturgeon River, horse buggy and the perfect backdrop for sunset photos!

• Vendor recommendations (bartenders, DJ or Band, Caterers, Food Trucks, Photographer)

• Choice of ceremony arch—rustic, hexagon, circle, triangle, traditional, crescent moon

• Ceremony wooden benches

• Harvest tables and Chiavari chairs

• Washroom trailer with stalls, running water and air conditioning

• All extra tables for cake, dessert, gifts etc

• Candy/popcorn/dessert bar cart

Consumables

• We fill our claw foot tub with ice so you can use for water bottles, pop bottles, etc!

Items not included in flat rate:

• Caterer (the barn does not have a kitchen or running water, Caterers are equipped to offer services for this type of venue)

• Food Truck

• Bartender(s) - professional, licensed company

• Liquor and pop

• DJ/Live Music

• Officiant

• Photographer/videographer

• Flowers (bouquets etc.)

These items can be booked independently by the couple or in coordination with Copper Creek Barn for an additional service charge.
